I love stories. 

I believe they have the power to change the world and that creating them is a sacred calling.

I am passionate about telling stories that provoke audiences to think bigger, feel deeply, and become more whole.

 

My acting is rooted in techniques developed by Sanford Meisner and Lee Strasberg. I value authentic acting that is honest about myself, the present moment, and the state of humanity.

 

I also love running, hiking, horses, tea, friends, and my precious border collie, Maggie. I treasure wonder and play.
